This ugly little mutt is always up for Ugliest Dog events and usually wins. This dog's most common and ugly form has no hair on its body except for hair on the top of its head, its ears, its feet, and its tail.
Neapolitan Mastiff
There was a contest in 2017 in California's Sonoma-Marin Fair for the World's Ugliest Dog. The winner was Martha, a Neapolitan mastiff. This was done for a good reason.
Bulldog

Griffon Nivernai
One might believe the French name their ugliest dogs best. Unfortunately, no amount of grooming can clean this scruffy dog. It has a beard, mustaches, and a pathetic tail.
American Pit Bull Terrier
It's ugly, but that's expected. First bred in America to torment bulls and still fighting other pit bulls, it is largely a guard dog and companion who will die for its owners.
Affenpinscher
The sad affenpinscher always looks like it was defeated by a rodent it was trained to chase. It has pop eyes, a great mustache, a blunt nose, and messy fur. Its name means “monkey terrier” in German, and it looks like a monkey.
